Vaira is a pre-launch project. This page explains what happens with your email if you join the waitlist. Right now the only personal information we handle is an email address.

What we collect

Your email address, plus a short label for which form you used so we know where signups come from. We do not ask for your name, location, or anything else.

Why we collect it

We use your email to send occasional updates about building Vaira, and to let you know when the bottle is ready to order. We won't send you anything unrelated.

Who can see it

Only us. We do not sell your email or share it with advertisers. Your address lives in our own database, hosted with Vercel and Neon, who store it on our behalf so the waitlist can work.

Removing yourself

You can take your email off the list at any time from the unsubscribe page, or by emailing hello@vairabottle.com. Once removed, your address is deleted from our database.

Analytics and ads

We keep anonymous, aggregate analytics so we can see how many people visit and sign up. This uses a random first-party id, plus your approximate location (country, region, city) and device type. We never store your exact address or IP, your name, or your email with it. If you reach us from an ad, the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels may also record that visit so we can measure and improve those campaigns. None of this is tied to who you are.

Changes

If this project grows into a store, we'll update this page before collecting anything beyond an email.
